Casting

Aluminum, Zinc & Bronze Casting

Four casting methods under one roof — high-pressure die casting, gravity (permanent-mould), low-pressure and sand casting — in aluminum, zinc and bronze. For the most demanding, pressure-tight parts we add vacuum and squeeze casting.

From thin-wall, high-pressure die-cast housings to thick-wall, high-integrity gravity parts and complex sand-core geometries, we match the process to the part — not the other way around.

Precision Machining

In-house CNC Machining

Tight-tolerance CNC machining on DMG MORI and Brother machining centers — milling, turning, drilling and tapping — all in-house. No outsourced hand-offs means full traceability and a single point of accountability from raw casting to finished, measured part.

Castings flow straight from our cells into machining, so dimensions, datums and critical features are controlled end-to-end.

Surface Finishing

Finished & Assembly-Ready

Liquid and powder painting, passivation and heat treatment are done in-house; anodizing, electroplating, e-coating and impregnation are completed through our network of qualified finishing partners. Either way, parts leave fully finished, inspected and assembly-ready.

Sub-assembly and kitting mean we can ship a ready-to-fit component, not just a raw casting — reducing your supplier count and handling.

An in-house metrology lab and IATF 16949 traceability stand behind every part — initial, in-process and final inspection backed by SPC and FMEA. Certifications are held by our manufacturing facility, Xiamen JJD Machinery Co., Ltd.

3-D CMM, X-ray, spectrometry and mechanical testing verify dimensions, internal integrity, alloy chemistry and material properties before parts ship.
